Par excellence - Pity there is still no String Quartet.

Happy New Year! Great time had by all. Lots of swims, quite warm, makes a change. New year fancy dress at The Logan Rock Inn was quite amusing. Amongst our party was myself as Queen of the Galaxies, Scary Clown, Reindeer & a Gay Builder! Little did we know that this years theme was Cowboys! Needless to say we caused a bit of a stir.

Snowed heavily last night (February) & this morning. Lovely to come in to a warm fire. Sad to be leaving in a couple of days.

I listened outside to the silence it was deafening. As I stood on the veranda at midnight a thought came into my head.......What a fool I am standing here when I ought to be in bed!

Had a great time and 2 weeks has flown by. Lots of walks, seals, dolphins and swims. Will be back sooner rather than later.

Superb cottage. Enjoyed our stay even tho' the weather was variable.

Had a lovely time. Thanks for letting us use the cottage. Highlight definitely having fresh mussels from Newlyn. Everyone in the village helpful and friendly.

Very comfortable bungalow, found plenty to do. Most of the week fairly warm, Tuesday got as hot as 20degC.

We loved the cottage - so well equipped. Thanks for setting the fire - which we needed one night. The dogs loved the walks over the cliffs.

Wonderfull stay, hot for first two days (Sunny) on Porth Chapel. Rain on Tuesday & Wednesday (walks and lots of them!!)

A wonderfull week. The Quarries made an excellent base. Spring very late this year and the weather peculiar. Looking forward to August back here. Thanks for the welcome pack - great idea.

Another very comfortable stay at The Quarries! Lots of lovely flat surfaces so our 10 month old learnt to crawl this week! Will hopefully be back in the Autumn

Another glorious holiday spent in this beautiful house.We especially enjoyed the productions at the spectacular Minack Theatre.

This has been a magical find. Your house is perfect - we could not ask for more. We have had a great time doing very little except sun, sea and eating. The golf at Cape Cornwall was challenging and enjoyable. Thanks for sharing your lovely hose with us. Everthing was so tasteful and we enjoyed the maps and pictures.

What a gorgeous week. Heatwave, Porth Chapel beach and Cornwall looking so beautiful. Quarries is a welcoming and wonderful base. We'll be back.

Rough seas, great walks and wild blue sunny skies - good to re-charge!

Excellent walks, weather fantastic with bright sunshine and crisp cold mornings. Evenings by flaming fire - so good we didn't  even make it to the pub - A perfect Christmas.
